So fresh

I goofed up this picture with the wrong background recipe. It was smoked salmon with fennel and radish salad – light and fresh and delicious. JB, MA, and I went to a brunch class at the Merc taught by Paige Vandegrift. In her classes I always learn something new, and I am always entertained and well fed.
